qbrobotics at MECSPE 2023

qbrobotics will participate in MECSPE 2023, the international reference fair for the Manufacturing Industry, which will be held in BolognaFiere from 29 to 31 March and will be happy to welcome you at its booth F45, Hall 30.
qbrobotics produces extremely innovative devices for various fields, including:

Industry: qb SoftHand Industry and qb SoftClaw for applications in industrial field;
Research: qb SoftHand Research and qb SoftHand2 Research for applications in corporate R&D or for Universities and Research Centers (also in the biomedical and prosthetic fields).

Thanks to the combination of research/industry, qbrobotics was awarded the Robotic Innovation Award during the last edition of MECSPE, presenting a project for the automation of a waste-recycling line of electronic components in the Solution Award 2022 session. The project born in 2020 with H2020 ReconCycle (Self-reconfiguration of a robotic workcell for the recycling of electronic waste), is aimed at introducing a high level of automation in the recycling of electronic waste. A rapidly growing economic and environmental sector where manual work is still predominant.
At MECSPE 2023 qbrobotics will show how it is possible to automate the disassembly of electronic devices with the consequent recovery and recycling of plastic, electronic and battery parts. A topic that arouses strong interest.
MECSPE is an opportunity to be able to appreciate live the new demo developed by the qbrobotics technical team.
