qbmove Advanced
VIDEO GALLERY
The qbmove Advanced actuator is compact, lightweight and designed to provide robots with natural motion, in stark contrast to the rigid, mechanical motion of robots built with traditional servo motors. The first actuator in the history of robotics to be equipped with MechaLogical, the qbmove Advanced represents the evolution of VSA actuators and is offered in various Kits as an educational robotics tool for schools, universities and research institutes.
The qbmove Advanced is an actuator based on the VSA (Variable Stiffness Actuation) principles and has a wide range of potential uses due to its natural motion, energy efficiency, speed, robustness and adaptability.
The qbmove Advanced, whose operation is inspired by that of a pair of human muscles, has a cubic shape to facilitate modular assembly and, depending on the user’s needs, allow the creation of different robotic configurations (robotic arms with 4 and 6 DOFs, deltas and humanoids).
